My Areas of Expertise: It is a common thing that a large majority of individuals need help; the uncommon thing is most do not admit it, and very few ask for it. My goal is to assist individuals who may be experiencing maladaptive behaviors and beliefs that interfere with his or her quality of life. Together we will work through the behaviors and beliefs that cause dysfunction and work on more adaptive behaviors and beliefs to improve his or her quality of life in a more productive and adaptive manner. My focus is on working with individuals, families, couples, and children. I am a dedicated and supportive therapist who is committed to the client’s success in a safe non-judgmental, goal-oriented environment.
