“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

                                                                            – Carl Jung

My Areas of Expertise: While I have a graduate degree and training in clinical psychology, I believe that you are the expert when it comes to your lived experiences. Far too often, our well-told tales leave out unique exceptions that may seem trivial but might point to a new way of examining and understanding our lives. I see my role as a co-author, helping you develop an alternate-yet perhaps more authentic- personal history so that you may move forward with courage, confidence, and hope. I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings and helping them to address a range of issues, including recovery from addiction, depression, anxiety, navigation life transitions and resolving interpersonal conflicts. I am especially interested in providing couples counseling, psychotherapy for men, guiding men and women through midlife transitions, and supporting individuals and their families in recovery from addiction.
