Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency providing affordable services on a sliding scale in the Greater Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville areas. We accept most Medi-Cal plans, many commercial insurance plans, EAPs, and Victim’s Compensation.

Our safe, confidential environment supports self-awareness, insight, and growth, empowering clients to make healthy choices. We offer appointments during days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate your schedule.

Our diverse team includes Licensed Therapists and Therapists in Training, all supervised by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Sliding-scale fees are based on income and therapist level:

• Trainee Therapists (enrolled in a Master’s program)

• Associate Therapists (Master’s program graduates registered with the BBS)

• Licensed Therapists

Counseling is available in English, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Tagalog.
